Pea hummus

Le-houmous-de-petits-pois huages

Delight your taste buds with this delicious recipe proposed by chef Isabella. 

Ingredients :

  • A few mint leaves
  • 250 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 150 gr fresh seasonal peas
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 spoon of paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 drops of PURE oil which reinforces the anti-oxidant power of this dish




Preparation steps:

  • Drain the chickpeas
  • Pour them into a good blender with the rest of the ingredients and the 3 drops of PURE oil
  • Mix until you obtain a smooth mixture
  • Keep cool!
