Preparation steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until they brown.
- Spread the dough in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Peel and cut the pears into strips then arrange them in a circle on the dough.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces using a long knife, pressing the entire length of the blade against the bar. Spread the chocolate pieces over the pears.
- Sprinkle the hemp seeds, argan oil, a few drops of Huages oil on the tart and add the pine nuts.
