Marine wonderfully combines black sesame and our RÊVE oil which combines CBD and a synergy of relaxing plants, lemon balm and verbena.
A few drops of CBD oil at key times of the day, directly under the tongue or in a latte or smoothie, are a great support to get through periods of stress more serenely.
This latte helps to soothe and prepare you for sleep.
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp black sesame puree
- Vegetable milk (almond, coconut, hemp)
- A few drops of oil DREAM at CBD Huages
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 drizzle of maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder (optional)
- Black sesame seeds
Preparation steps:
Heat the vegetable milk without boiling it with the black sesame puree, ashwagandha, maple syrup and cinnamon. Pour into a mug, add the drops of RÊVE oil and mix. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
