Matcha and CBD cookies

Treat your taste buds with this delicious recipe offered by chef Anne Bienvenu.

Ingredients :

  • 225 g of semi-salted butter
  • 200 gr of cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 gr of wheat flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of RITUAL CBD matcha tea
  • 200 gr of white chocolate







Preparation steps:

  • Beat the semi-salted butter and the cane sugar
  • Add the 2 whole eggs
  • Add the wheat flour, the sachet of yeast and 2 tablespoons of CBD matcha tea RITUAL
  • Add the chopped white chocolate
  • Make cookie dough balls, flatten them, place them on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Leave to harden and cool outside the oven.
