Pea hummus

Treat your taste buds with this delicious recipe from chef Isabella. 

Ingredients :

  • A few mint leaves
  • 250 gr cooked chickpeas
  • 150 gr fresh seasonal peas
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 drops of PURE oil which strengthens the anti-oxidant power of this dish




Preparation steps:

  • Drain the chickpeas
  • Pour them into a good blender with the rest of the ingredients and the 3 drops of PURE oil
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Keep cool!
