pea, basil and CBD oil hummus

Delight your taste buds with this delicious recipe from chef Sarah. 

Ingredients :

  • 150g fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 or 4 nice basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. PURE hemp oil or olive oil

Preparation steps:

  •  Cook the peas (about 10 minutes in boiling water) then leave to cool
  • In the blender bowl, place the peas, tahini, basil leaves, lemon juice and a tablespoon of CBD (or olive) oil.
  • Mix and season to your taste!
