Pea hummus

Ingredients :
- A few mint leaves
- 250 gr cooked chickpeas
- 150 gr fresh seasonal peas
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 drops of PURE oil which strengthens the anti-oxidant power of this dish
Preparation steps:
- Drain the chickpeas
- Pour them into a good blender with the rest of the ingredients and the 3 drops of PURE oil
- Mix until smooth.
