Creamy skyr with vanilla, grapefruit, coconut granola and matcha with CBD
Treat your taste buds with this delicious recipe from chef Sarah Chan.
Ingredients :
For the skyr:
- 140g skyr (or vegetable yogurt with coconut milk)
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- 4 drops of RÉVEIL CBD oil
For the granola:
- 100g grated coconut
- 100g whole almonds (can be crushed slightly)
- 50g cashew nuts
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 30g sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel •
- 1 nice tsp of CBD matcha tea RITUAL
- 75g agave syrup / or maple syrup
- 60g melted coconut oil
For the toppings:
- beautiful grapefruit segments
Preparation steps:
- Mix all the granola ingredients and bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at 180°C for 15 minutes. The coconut toasts quickly in the oven, remember to stir regularly (every 5 minutes or so).
- Mix all the skyr ingredients (skyr, drops of vanilla extract and CBD oil RÉVEIL
- To serve, place the skyr at the bottom of the bowl, add the grapefruit segments, then the granola.
- You can add a touch of CBD matcha tea for fans!
