Creamy skyr with vanilla, grapefruit, coconut granola and matcha with CBD

Treat your taste buds with this delicious recipe from chef Sarah Chan.

Ingredients :

For the skyr:

  • 140g skyr (or vegetable yogurt with coconut milk)
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 4 drops of RÉVEIL CBD oil

For the granola:

  • 100g grated coconut
  • 100g whole almonds (can be crushed slightly)
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 30g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel •
  • 1 nice tsp of CBD matcha tea RITUAL
  • 75g agave syrup / or maple syrup
  • 60g melted coconut oil

For the toppings:

  • beautiful grapefruit segments

Preparation steps:

  • Mix all the granola ingredients and bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at 180°C for 15 minutes. The coconut toasts quickly in the oven, remember to stir regularly (every 5 minutes or so).
  • Mix all the skyr ingredients (skyr, drops of vanilla extract and CBD oil RÉVEIL
  • To serve, place the skyr at the bottom of the bowl, add the grapefruit segments, then the granola.
  • You can add a touch of CBD matcha tea  for fans!
