6 very ripe pears

70 gr of dark chocolate

A small handful of pine nuts

1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

2 tablespoons of argan oil

A few drops of CBD hazelnut oil AWAKENING
Preparation steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
