Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 6 very ripe pears

  • 70 gr of dark chocolate

  • A small handful of pine nuts

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of argan oil

  • A few drops of CBD hazelnut oil AWAKENING


Preparation steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
