Matcha and CBD cake

Le-gâteau-au-matcha-et-CBD huages

Delight your taste buds with this delicious recipe proposed by the chef Sofia Sagripanti.

Ingredients :

For the cake:

  • 7 grams of Matcha tea with CBD Huages ​​RITUAL

  • 200 gr of oat flour (or rice flour)

  • 2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate

  • 300 ml of oat milk

  • Coconut sugar (or your favorite sweetener)

  • 50g olive or hemp oil

  • 125g coconut yogurt

For the cream on top:
  • 80g coconut yogurt

  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation steps:

Before starting, preheat the oven to 165°

Sift the flour, yeast, bicarbonate, and add the Matcha tea with CBD Huages ​​RITUAL . Add the sugar (if you use coconut sugar, put it in a blender so that the texture is smoother), and mix.

Incorporate in the following order: the yogurt, the milk, and the oil at the end, whisking and tilting the container slightly. Mix little by little. The dough should be thick but not too thick, like custard. You may need to add milk if it's very thick. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a loaf pan, and pour the mixture.

Cook for 55 minutes at 165° in the oven (preferably fan setting). While cooking, prepare your cream by mixing the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of agave.

Once the cake is ready, let it cool for 20-30 minutes, then spread the cream on top and sprinkle with RITUAL Matcha .
