Ingredients (for 3 to 4 pots):

1 cup hemp seeds

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 tablespoon coconut flour

14 g of coconut milk powder
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A few drops of CBD plum oil, DREAM
Preparation steps:
In a saucepan, mix the hemp seeds, flour, ground flax seeds, maple syrup and hemp oil. Add the coconut milk and water and stir well. Heat for a few minutes and pour into a bowl. Add the toppings of your choice (here a pear, dried red fruits and apricot jam).Enjoy your food !
