Depending on your preferences, you can use our CBD oils in different ways: orally or through the skin.

Directly in the mouth, placing a few drops under the tongue. The sublingual route allows rapid action because CBD is absorbed more quickly by the blood vessels present under the tongue. You will feel the first effects within 30 min to 1 hour, depending on your personal sensitivity.⁠

A CBD-based drink can be consumed at different times of the day: Morning: to start your day with calm, concentration and a boost of energy. During the day: to better manage your stress at work or relieve certain mild physical discomforts (e.g. menstrual pain, migraines, etc.) thanks to the relaxation effects without drowsiness. In the evening: to promote sleep and reduce anxiety.

Yes, as long as you follow the recommended dosages. With our CBD oils, you have no risk of addiction, so you can consume them daily. For effective use, you can use a few drops to be repeated several times during the day (oral or cutaneous).

Most of the time, we recommend using 2 to 3 drops per dose of CBD oil, repeating during the day as needed. You can take it sublingually during the day, before bedtime, or apply it to the skin.

The optimal dosage of CBD oil may vary from person to person due to factors such as body weight, metabolism, individual tolerance and the reason for taking CBD. To determine if your CBD oil dosage is right for you, it is recommended to start with a low dose and carefully observe the effects. If you do not experience the desired results after a reasonable period of time, you can gradually increase the dose. Keep in mind that patience is key, as the effects of CBD may take time to fully manifest. It's also a good idea to keep a journal to track your experience, noting the amount of CBD used, the effects experienced, and the circumstances surrounding each intake.

People suffering from hepatic (liver) problems, epilepsy or those who are taking antidepressants should not consume CBD. Consumption of this type of product is also not recommended for pregnant women. If in doubt, do not hesitate to seek advice from your doctor.
