For 4 people β€” Preparation time: 20 min β€” Cooking time: 12 min


β€” 150 gr of hazelnuts
β€” 100 g of chocolate
β€” 120 g of whole cane sugar
β€” 3 drops of WAKE UP oil


β€” Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 12 minutes at 160Β°C. Remove them from the oven and let them cool. Once cooled, rub the hazelnuts to remove the toasted skin.

β€” Make the caramel: pour the sugar into a saucepan with a tablespoon of water. Heat everything until the sugar becomes completely liquid. After a few minutes, a light golden color appears, it is time to remove the pan from the heat without stirring.

β€” Dip the cleaned hazelnuts into the caramel and coat them using a spatula. Spread everything on a sheet of baking paper to 1 cm thickness. Once cooled, roughly crush the hazelnuts and place them in a food processor. Mix for around twenty minutes to obtain a completely smooth paste.

β€” Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour the melted chocolate over the resulting dough and mix in a food processor again.

β€” Add 3 drops of Awakening oil. Mix again, then pour your spread into a jar.

Chocolate pear tart with seeds

For 4 people β€” Preparation time: 20 minΒ β€” Cooking: 40 min


β€” 6 ripe pears
β€” 70 g of dark chocolate
β€” A small handful of pine nuts
β€” 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
β€” 2 tablespoons of argan oil
- A fewΒ hazelnut oil drops with CBD, WAKE UP


β€” Preheat the oven to 180 degrees .

β€” Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until they brown.

β€” Spread the dough in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Peel and cut the pears into strips then arrange them in a circle on the dough.

β€” Cut the chocolate into pieces using a long knife, pressing the entire length of the blade against the bar. Spread the chocolate pieces over the pears .

β€” Sprinkle the hemp seeds, argan oil, a few drops of Huages ​​oil on the tart and add the pine nuts.

β€” Bake for 40 min

Healthy pancakes with CBD hazelnut oil

β€” 1 banana
- 1 egg
β€” 60 gr of flour
β€” 4 g of yeast
β€” 30 ​​g of soy milk
β€” 15 drops of CBD hazelnut oil, WAKE UP


β€” On a flat plate, mash the bananas using a fork .

β€” Place this banana puree in a salad bowl and add the egg. Mix and add the flour, yeast and salt. Mix again and finish with the milk .

β€” Add the drops of REVEIL Huages ​​oil and mix one last time.

β€” Preheat a frying pan over medium heat (add a drizzle of oil if necessary). Once hot, pour a small ladle of batter and cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side.

Hemp porridge

β€” 1 cup of hemp seeds
β€” 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
β€” 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
β€” 14 g of powdered coconut milk⁠
β€” 2 cups of water
β€” 1 tablespoon maple syrup⁠
β€” A few drops of CBD plum oil, DREAM


β€” In a saucepan, combine hemp seeds, flour, ground flax seeds, maple syrup and hemp oil. Add the coconut milk and water then stir well. Heat for a few minutes and pour into a bowl. Add the toppings of your choice (here a pear, dried red fruits and apricot jam).
